Note: Because some delegates have not submitted the abstracts and some researchers missed online registration before Aug. 1, 2010, the deadline of online registration is extended to Aug.14, 2010. The website supports continually the online registration and abstract submission.

The registration fee for regular participant and student covers:

  • All conference sessions
  • Conference bag with Corresponding conference materials including Program booklet, Abstract Book, name badge, etc.
  • Welcome reception (October 8th, 2010)
  • Lunch during the conference (October 9th – 12th, 2010)
  • Dinner during the conference (on Oct. 9th, 10th, 12th)
  • Coffee breaks (October 9th – 12th, 2010)

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

  • Welcome reception (October 8th, 2010)
  • Lunch during the conference (October 9th – 12th, 2010)

Application for Free Registration Grant

Several grants fully covering the registration fee to the ICMM2010 Conference are available for talented students from less favoured regions.

    Applicants can apply by sending the following documents to the scientific secretariat for evaluation and grant assignment:
  • Personal Curriculum Vitae (CV),
  • One recommendation letter,
  • The abstract of the contribution to be presented at the ICMM2010 Conference.

Please send the material as e-mail attachment to the scientific secretariat through email icmm12th@pku.edu.cn before May 30, 2010.

Conference Banquet

A conference banquet will be arranged on October 11th evening. A coupon needs to be purchased at the cost of RMB￥350 if you want to join in the dinner. Please make the reservation first; fees for banquet will be charged on-site.
