About Visa Application for Foreign Citizens
Please check with the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate or Visa Office for visa regulations at least 2 months prior to your traveling. Both a valid passport and a visa for visiting China are required. Participants can apply for either a tourist visa (L-visa) or a visitor visa (F-visa) for entry. The L-visa does not need a support invitation. If you are applying for an F-visa, please mark it on the online Hotel & Tour Registration Form, and fill in the first part completely, upon which the conference secretary in PKU will send you an official letter for your visa application.
Please be aware that it is necessary to register for the ICMM12th Meeting and make the payment before you receive the requested invitation for the VISA application.
